I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

To use your promotional code, you need to go to your basket, fill the "Discount Codes" field and click on "apply coupon" to validate it. If you have several codes which may be apply concurrently, repeat this operation.

 

I ordered on your site but I was wrong. What should I do?

How to track my order?

It is possible to check at any time the status of your order by logging into your account.

At each milestone (order confirmation, shipping), an email is sent to you to keep you informed. Once you
order is shipped, we will provide you the tracking number.

 

I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?

To verify that your order is confirmed, you can see directly into your account in the "My
commands. "When the command prompt appears, it means that it is taken into account by our team.

What are the conditions to return my order?

You can return your order if:

  - You made a wrong order but you did not use the material
  - The material do not work and it is under guarantee
  - ABE made a mistake with your order

Before returning your order, you need to fill the following document: Return authorization and send it by fax +33(0)5.53.48.14.20. 

 

I can not find my password, how do?
